This position is a 230 day per year contract, salary plus health insurance, and shall be under the direction and supervision of the Superintendent. • Successful experience in a supervisory position. • Knowledge of school bus traffic laws, safety, mechanics and routing. • Good health, high moral character, and a high school graduate. • A valid commercial driver’s license with CDL/bus driver endorsement is required. • Demonstrated knowledge of the basic principles of construction, maintenance, security, grounds keeping, custodial operation and employee safety. • Experience in a supervisory capacity in a business, industry, or governmental agency. • Experience in the area of planning or maintaining physical facilities. • Skill in development of preventative maintenance system. • Position requires the operation and maintenance of different types of equipment (i.e. tractors, trucks, lawn mower, buses, etc.) • Due to CDL requirement and operation of machinery, candidate will be drug screened. • During inclement weather, this position will be driving district roads and assisting the superintendent with decisions to close school. • This is a “Working Supervisor/Whatever Necessary/Always On-Call” type position. • Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board of Education may find appropriate and acceptable. Montmorency County Public Libraries is accepting bids for vinyl siding a portion of the Lewiston Public Library. Contractors must be licensed and insured. The bid should include removal of old siding, removing all the old wood trim from around the windows and corners, Tyvek wrapping the whole building, cover the exposed wood on front of the building, soffit and fascia around the whole building, wrap the beams in the front facing the road, all the trim works should be red to match the red color on the back of the building and the siding should be a tan that closely matches the back siding.
